When you're sick and tired of hearing your dash rattle, then it's time to upgrade your dashboard panel mounting brackets. These shock absorbers for your dash will eliminate that annoying rattle due to weak or broken mounting brackets. As Robert DIY said so eloquently, "They were Built Broke". This design is much better than using epoxy and metal straps to repair your dash. An epoxy repair puts additional stress on the old brittle plastic, causing it to crack further. I created the first set for my 98' S70T5M back in 2019 and to this day, my dash is still solidly attached and quiet. I have now decided to share my idea with fellow Volvo enthusiasts.
