Some electric stoves have a small indicator light. However, these electric stoves do not have a sound indicator. BurnerAlert is a very thin plastic disc that attaches to your stove/range or oven knob. When the knob is turned ON, the BurnerAlert gives off a series of beeps and flashing light - both at pre-programmed intervals. When you turn your burner on the BurnerAlert produces a series of beeps followed by the disc flashing. This continues until the knob is turned OFF. ---------- BurnerAlert is a product that can REMIND you that your gas stove burner has been turned ON (with a flame or without a flame) and will continue to remind you with beeping and flashing until the burner is turned off.----------Please NOTE that this BurnerAlert model works on knobs with a vertical orientation or any angle between 45 degrees and 90 degrees (see photo of stove) PLEASE NOTE: Will not work on cooktops where the knob pushes down. ------ ---- BurnerAlert will NOT work on stove knobs with "RIMS" or if your knobs are recessed (see photo of packaging for more details). ---------NO tools are required. • BurnerAlert Stove Reminder Disc is a small thin plastic disc that attaches to your GAS or Electric stove knob to REMIND you your burner is on. Please watch the BurnerAlert Video.
• The BurnerAlert emits audio and visual alerts anytime the stove knob has been turned "ON". The alerts are a preset sequence of audio beeps and flashing lights. The sequence of alerts will continue until the knob has been turned to the "OFF" position. The beeping intervals occur at startup and then at 3 minutes, 9 minutes, 15 minutes, and then every 15 minutes until the knob is turned OFF. The blinking alert occurs every 7 1/2 minutes.
