Most commonly used to make wedges, this blade assembly is made especially to work with Redco InstaCut 3.5 tabletop and wall mount products. The thermoset blades are resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for any commercial kitchen. The 15063 InstaCut replacement blade can be used to replace a dull blade or used as an extra for a variety in dice sizes.
