Lastly the figurines undergo an ageing treatment. This line of nativity sets is produced in Deruta, Italy, a small town in Umbria famous for its artistic creation in terracotta and for the high materials and working processes quality standards. The clay is hand-worked and painted by local expert artisans. The craftsmanship and small retouching make each item a unique piece.
