Negative 3° cutting edge angle and negative rake geometry facilitate smooth chip flow and material removal. A TNMG432 insert with a multi‑layer CVD coating combining TiCN, Al₂O₃ and TiN is included, offering high wear resistance, strong adhesion and heat resilience. A finger clamp, clamp screw, locking pin and shim secure the insert and damp vibration.
