Xenomax® Pre-Weighed TSS Filters are pre-washed, predried, pre-desiccated, and pre-weighed in accordance with Standard Methods 2540 D and are ready to use out of the box. To significantly speed up TSS analysis, simply filter your sample, dry the filter, and record its final weight. Each Xenomax® Pre-Weighed TSS Filter consists of 1.5 µm binder-free, glass microfiber filters which have been vacuum rinsed three times with 20 mL aliquots of reagent grade water, dried at 105°C for at least one hour, desiccated to room temperature, weighed to the nearest 0.1 mg and then placed in an aluminum pan with an affixed, heat resistant bar code label preprinted with filter ID number and the filter weight. Xenomax® Pre-Weighed Filters are fully compatible with popular automated TSS analysis software. Xenomax® Pre-Weighed TSS Filters are specifically designed to ensure compliance with Standard Methods 2540 D.
