Users can control the snare response through throwing their standard snare wires on or off. Free of snare wires, sympathetic snare buzz is eliminated, and the resonant head can be tuned within a wide range of snare body tones. With natural, acoustic tone and a more natural acoustic feel, EVANS dB enables drummers and educators to play and practice naturally, whenever and wherever they want.
