Marlin Rinse Cleaner is formulated specifically to deep clean and prime EPDM Rubber Roof for application of Top Coat. This product is used to remove tough carbon buildup often referred to as chalking, that typical roof cleaners will not remove on aged EPDM Rubber Roofs. This product not only deep cleans the EPDM surface but also primes the surface to promote maximum adhesion of a top coat product. This is your go to 2-in-1 cleaner/primer to ensure the best adhesion on your EPDM Rubber whether that is on your RV, Camper, Residential or Commercial Building, etc.
- PURPOSE - Marlin EPDM Rinse Cleaner is formulated to deep clean and prime EPDM Rubber Roof for application of Top Coat. Rinse Cleaner is used on EPDM Rubber Roofs to promote maximum adhesion by removing carbon buildup (chalking), as well as any dirt and grime on the roof surface.
- SAFE & ECO-FRIENDLY - 100% biodegradable formula, Nonabrasive, No VOCs. This translates to a formula that is 100% safe to use anywhere, and should not harm paint, animals, wildlife, etc.
- DIRECTIONS - Lightly wet the roof surface and then pour product directly onto the roof surface. For best results, lightly scrub the surface. Let sit for 15 minutes and rinse off. Repeat if needed. Once roof is rinsed, it is a good practice to rinse sides off as well.
- COVERAGE - 1 gallon covers around 400sqft.
