ABOUT US The JetCoat 10 Year White Reflective Roof Coating is an acrylic elastomeric roof coating designed to form a rubber-like membrane over a variety of roof surfaces. It reflects the sun's rays, resulting in a cooler home and energy cost savings. Designed for use on metal, polyurethane foam, masonry, asphalt, and wood surfaces, this cost-efficient and versatile roof coating is great for a variety of projects. BEFORE APPLICATION Sweep off all dirt, and debris. Remove rust, oil, grease, or other foreign material on the surface. Allow freshly applied asphalt roofs to cure a minimum of 4 weeks prior to applying this coating. Scrub roof with roof cleaner or bleach solution (1 part chlorine bleach and 3 parts water). Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. APPLICATION Stir pail thoroughly. Do not dilute. For best results apply White Elastomeric Roof Coating with a soft brush, 3/4” nap paint roller, or high pressure sprayer (Tip Size: .021 to .025). For optimum performance, durability and warranty purposes, apply a second coat.
- ROOF COATING - This fortified acrylic roof coating is designed to cool roofs and provide energy cost savings. With a 10-year protection you won’t have to worry about reapplying every year. Dries white.
- VARIETY OF SURFACES - Roof coating can be applied to a many surfaces including EDPM rubber roofs, polyurethane foam, modified bitumen, asphalt, mobile homes and RV’s, concrete, wood and more. Not for gravel, dead level (flat), or shingled roof surfaces.
- COVERAGE - Just one gallon of this roof coating will cover approximately 50-70 square feet per coat. We recommend two coats for best coverage.
- TEMPERATURE - When applying this elastomeric roof coating the temperature must be a minimum of 60°F and rising. Note: Do not apply when temperature is expected to drop below 60°F within a 24 hour period.
- DRYING TIME - This reflective roof coating dries to the touch within 2-3 hours. Please wait 6-8 hours before applying the second coat.
