Aluminium tubular applicator for manual injection of putties in sausage type containers and cartridge for products of high density sealant, silicone, etc. by means of pressure. Pressure system by trigger friction, platen and rod with cylindrical stop. The applicator consists of an aluminium closed tube housing for the sausage type container or 310 ml cartridges, handle with trigger and push button to release the quick-release closure rod. The carrier is made of 3.5 mm thick aluminium sheet, super compact, for greater durability and ability to withstand pressure, the clamping nut of the cylinder is made of Aluminium and the trigger part is Aluminium, giving it much lightness. The perforated rod is reinforced with support plate for the sausage or cartridge, slots for travel in contact with the forward and end cam with plastic stop to facilitate the advancement and retraction of the rod. The cam is made of durable and very resistant steel, and makes it possible to obtain that effort ratio of 1 applied to the trigger and 12 of result in the sausage. The applicator is suitable for sausages and medium density dough cartridges. The force ratio between the force applied to the trigger and that exerted to the sausage is 12:1.
