Dirty Dingo LS1 LS 3/8 6061-T6 Vortec Truck Low Mount Alternator Bracket with Pulley DD-LS-ALT-LM-TR This is a factory replacement low mount alternator bracket. This bracket comes with the additional idler pulley required. Machined from 3/8 thick 6061-T6 billet aluminum. CNC machined rear brace for alternator stability. Kit includes billet bracket, pulley, CNC rear brace, grade 8 silver zinc coated allen bolts and 6061-T6 billet aluminum spacers. Designed to be used with 1998-02 Camaro alternator for using our billet rear alternator brace included in this kit. 2010 and newer Camaro accessories are the same as Vortec Truck. * Can be used with Vortec truck blocks by drilling the upper hole into the block. This should be drilled with a .339 drill bit 3/4" deep and tapped with a 10MMx1.5 tap 1/2" deep. Truck accessories only use two bolts that mount through the alternator into the block and the rear brace attached to a 1998-02 Camaro alternator.
