The Aquo rowing machine from BH Fitness is perfect for normal training at home. The flywheel of 5.5kg is controlled by a magnetic brake system. The eight levels of resistance are manually adjusted. The Aquo rowing machine combines three different training possibilities in a: Rowing, biceps & triceps. The LCD monitor offers display indicating, strikes, speed, time, calories, distance and pulse rate. The Pulse measurement is carried out wirelessly via a chest strap (not included). The receiver is compatible – Polar. The seat rail a constant pitch. The moving seat for rowing exercises can also be fixed.
