- Use Introduction:1.Please plugging the ResMed end first, then the USB-C connected after 2. if you plug in the FLGAN 20V PD Dc converter device to your power bank, it would blink on/off. (so its negotiating the PD voltage wrong). The only fix is to unplug it, let it power-off for ~30 seconds, then reconnect the CPAP end first and connect the USB-C afterwards. We had updated the use Manual in the follow page.
