Product Description This IRWIN Drill Press Adjustable Wood Drill Bit has an adjustable cutting blade that can bore a variety of hole sizes. The drill bits cut up to 19 different-sized holes in 1/8-inch increments. The lockhead screw on each drill bit holds the blade securely at a desired boring diameter. From the Manufacturer Irwin Lockhead Adjustable Wood Bit, with a boring range of 7/8 to 3 inches and an overall length of 6-1/2 inches in the one-piece drop forged construction bit, for general purpose boring in all types of wood where a variety of larger size holes are required. Bit features a wedge type blade with a lock and slow-feed screw point and the special precision ground shank has three equally spaced flats for use in drill presses having three jaws. Adjustable bit is excellent for installing locks, roughing holes for pipe, school shop projects, and similar work. Irwin tools are made of only the finest materials, manufactured to exacting tolerances.
