On Detroit Series 60 DDEC platforms, the oil temperature sensor and fuel temperature sensor share the same cross-reference number. Confirm you are replacing the correct sensor before purchasing — oil temp, fuel temp, and coolant temp sensors are not interchangeable.
- DIRECT-FIT INSTALLATION: Threads directly into the designated oil gallery port on the Series 60 engine block. Connects to the existing DDEC wiring harness using the standard electrical connector — no splicing or modification required.
