This carabiner offers a pin nose feature, which is a notch in the nose of the carabiner to maintain the structure and strength. This type of nose is typically stronger. With an oval shaped body, this Ovatti prevents accidental cross loading and makes the pull forces fall along the major axis. These carabiners are a great option for indoor and outdoor applications such as rigging and arbor applications. This carabiner has a rated strength of 25 kN. TAA Approved.
