These sunvisors are constructed with metal rods that are welded into a metal sleeve. Then the sleeve is wire-stitched to a cardboard substrate. To ensure a tight, wrinkle-free appearance, the vinyl and padding are dielectrically sealed around the perimeter. To guareantee a clean straight edge, the double-turned binding is sewn to the cardboard.
