I am financially much better, I know what quality really means and I am a better person altogether. ???When I started with NOVICA 20 years back I used to have only one helper working for me on a part-time basis. Now after 20 years I have around 4 regular helpers who are working mainly for me, some of whom are totally dependent on me. I have gone through rough phases also where workers made bad quality jewelry and then disappeared, causing huge losses, but these things helped me learn. Sometimes trust is lost along with money, but that???s part and parcel of trying to do things in a different way. There is an attitude in India, chalta hai, meaning that ???some flaws are acceptable???. I had to fight a lot, and I am still fighting with workers to get this attitude...
