The durable stoneware pottery is lead-free, non-toxic and safe to use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Recommended batter capacity is 3 cups (24 ounces) to allow room for cakes to rise. Includes a starter recipe for old-fashioned pound cake. Individually handmade in Seagrove, North Carolina and signed by the artisan on the bottom.
