Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Zoysia Grass Seed & Mulch is designed for full sun and light shade, and has a medium bladed texture with medium to high drought resistance. Use to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in late spring or early summer when air temperatures are consistently between 70°F and 90°F and the danger of frost has passed. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
