This Jacket has no label, i bought it new in 1998 from a silk dealer when i worked at a import store, i know the velvet is silk but not sure about the lining. It is in very good shape except where i have rolled the cuff half way up, there is a stain around the cuff, you cannot see it when the cuff is down it is on the inside.
