This is a 2-way oiled down jacket from MR. HEARTS.
It's finished with oil, similar to Barbour jackets.
The sleeves can be removed, allowing it to be worn as a down vest.
The cuffs are finished with deerskin.
I bought this about 15 years ago, but it's a jacket made with considerable attention to detail and has a nice texture.

There is a tear on the left elbow.
