A heartwarming story about Mikan, a cat who can speak human language, and Tomu Kusanagi, an elementary school student who is his owner. One day, Tomu Kusanagi, an elementary school student, found an orange male cat with a mysterious atmosphere and named him "Mikan" and started keeping him at home. One night, Tomu witnessed Mikan talking to himself in human language while drinking at the kitchen table. Mikan had learned to speak over time from his life with his old owner, and he was also a skillful cat who could even write and draw. The story unfolds around Mikan, who is unlike any other cat, and Tomu's family, with laughter and tears.
