The markings indicate 2004-2010, so I believe it was made in 2010.
It seems to be a rare item that is rarely seen nowadays.
There are no noticeable stains on the plush itself, but the fabric of the collar is peeling off due to aging.
Please consider removing and discarding this.
Also, please be aware that fabric peeled from the collar may adhere to the plush during packaging.
It comes with a paper tag, and due to the deterioration of the collar, it will be delivered as is without washing.
