This is a tunic from GADGED GROW. It's unisex, so it's long.

The dotted tulle material around the neck is see-through, and it looks like the chest and back are open, but it drapes beautifully, so I think you can imagine wearing it like the first photo.
The fabric is quite thin, so women can wear it cutely with a tank top or tube top.
It's long, but you can make it shorter by tucking it around the waist, and if it's long, it was cute to wear with leggings.
As shown in the 11th photo, there is a stain on the left shoulder, and although I had it dry cleaned to remove the stain, it hasn't come out perfectly.
As stated in the product description, it seems to be a delicate material.
It also has drapes, so it's not very noticeable, but since it's a brand that has now been discontinued, please consider that when purchasing.
