This is a 90s Adidas piece with the silver tag. I purchased it from a vintage clothing store a few years ago.
It's a sweatshirt in the same color as the one worn by Daiki Tsuneta of King Gnu.
Daiki Tsuneta often wears 90s Adidas tops with the Adidas logo on the chest, especially red ones when he had long hair in his younger days.
Long-time King Gnu fans might have a strong impression of him in red.
