Salvino’s Bammers are a line of collectible stuffed animals that were introduced in the early 1990s. They look very similar to Beanie Babies which were exploding in popularity at the time!
The Bammers were created by Salvino Inc. and were designed to look like famous sports figures. Each Bammer was made with a caricature of the athlete's face and a jersey with the corresponding team's logo. The Bammers were marketed to sports fans and collectors and were often sold at sporting events and in retail stores. They remain a cherished collectible for many sports fans and collectors!
In this listing are (2) Salvino’s Bammers Plush stuffed animals, one of Craig Biggio and one of Jeff Bagwell. The hang tags on the Bammers are hand signed in blue sharpie by the Houston Astros Legends and MLB Hall of Fame Inductees… Great additions to any Houston Astros or MLB hall of Fame collection
