Vintage 1960's Two Mushroom Shaped Incense Burners Made In Japan Hand Painted
These adorable incense, single stick holders are from our vintage collection.
They are hand painted. The small mushroom still has the original oval blue and white paper label on the base: Made in Japan.
They are made at of a light weight ceramic.
The tall mushroom is approx. 3 1/2" tall x 5" wide. Painted in sky blue with a psychedelic hot pink and neon orange flower with the incense hole in the middle. Each petal of the flower is outlined in black. There is some wear on the mushroom top due to age. Really, it adds to the charm of the piece. The stem is textured in white.
The small mushroom is 1 1/2 tall x 1 1/2" wide. Also, so psychedelic in pink with blue and yellow flower with the hole for the incense in the middle. Each petal is outlined in black, too. Textured base as well.
Just a fun vintage item that really brings back the feel of the 1960's.
