The record surface has scratches, scuffs, dirt, and dust.

The jacket, obi, liner notes, and inner/outer plastic sleeves have age-related damage such as yellowing, fading, scratches, scuffs, dirt, and folds.

The "Last Waltz" record has noticeable warping. Also, there are prominent scratches on SIDE TWO.
The inner sleeve has a large tear.
