It's about 15-16cm.
This valuable item has been handled with care, covered in vinyl, and attached to a template, improving its appearance.
I saw many things like foxes, 500 trillion points, army generals, red-pink-water-black, and so on. Based on that, I feel it's likely a design from the Meiji era, around the time of the Russo-Japanese War.
I can't say for sure, but it's a good piece.
It's not just a simple menko (card).
