This is a 70s Adidas track jacket.
I purchased it about 3 years ago from a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa for around 20,000 yen and have worn it a few times.
As shown in the fifth photo, there is some minor soiling, but it's not noticeable when wearing it.
I think it's quite rare as you don't see them on the market very often.
