This is a short-sleeved cut-and-sew top from Liz Lisa, from the Heisei era.
The design is very elaborate and cute, in a hime-gyaru style. (Purchased in 2013)
It hasn't been worn many times, but there are some stains on the neckline and underarms that appeared during storage.
I think it's still wearable, but please refrain from ordering if you are sensitive to the condition of older clothing.
