Vintage Montblanc ballpoint pen, model No. 181. This model was manufactured in Germany in the 1970s and is now discontinued.
A non-sale genuine adapter for using current refills is also included.
The main feature is the hammer trigger mechanism built into the clip. The unique structure allows you to extend and retract the pen tip by operating the lever on the clip side, offering a different feel from the typical knock or twist mechanisms.
In addition, this model has a unique design called a bishop ring, a cap ring specific to the high-end models of the time, which is raised in a mountain shape.
The condition is beautiful. There are very slight scratches and minor imperfections due to normal use and storage, cracks in the white star, and a tiny crack on the top of the cap, but there is no noticeable major damage, and the appearance is clean.
