Phone needs work.....Not exactly sure what's wrong with it. all of a sudden it stopped charging. It was never dropped or exposed to water. One day it just would not take a charge. This might be an easy fix for someone who's phone/tech savvy. I myself am not, I don't know the first thing about repairing phones I barely manage to get around just using them. The phone is in excellent cosmetic condition, both inner and outer screens are flawless. Comes with original box and receipt. I paid $1800 at best buy just over a year ago.
