Lamrof was launched in 2021 by Daisuke Sakamoto, a designer from Sendai.

The brand name "Lamrof" is "Formal" spelled backward, a technique popular among African-American jazz musicians in the 1940s. It signifies "wearing formal attire in a conceptually opposite way," paying homage to the history and culture of African Americans, who have profoundly influenced the world from the past to the present.

This is a new mohair knit featuring a distinctive wave pattern.

It uses a soft mohair blend yarn, providing a comfortable feel and excellent warmth.

Bold damage processing is applied to the ribbing of the collar, sleeves, and hem, adding an accent to the elegant appearance and creating a Lamrof-like balance.

The design is inspired by mid-century art, and it's a recommended piece in a free size, suitable for both men and women.
