This is a women's size M, but it's about a men's size S. I'm not sure of the exact sizing, but I bought it at a used clothing store over 10 years ago. I think it can be worn by both women and men.
For reference, here are some amateur measurements: Length 58cm, Width 41cm. The zipper is a little stiff, but it closes without any problems. For reference, I am about 168cm tall and weigh about 55kg.
