Candy Candy Volume 9, Mint Condition, Yumiko Igarashi, Kyoko Mizuki

The first edition of volume 9 of Candy x 2, which I've handled so far, is a masterpiece that's hard to choose between, and without fear of misunderstanding, it has a tremendous luster that wouldn't look out of place on a bookstore shelf in the Reiwa era. Honestly, my hands are shaking.

The edges of the book itself are naturally yellowed, giving a sense of the nearly 50 years that have passed, but the cover has an incredibly impressive shine that makes you want to exclaim, "Did they just print this yesterday?!" It's a treasure that Candy fans will absolutely love.
