2 1950's Italian wall plates, detailed relief cherubs in a garden setting. Each crafted with a reticulated or pierced lattice border with gold gilt teal-blue scrolls. The center medallions are hand-painted with vibrant glazes, classical mythological or allegorical themes. These decorative pieces include wire hangers on back for easy wall mounting and are marked "Italy" on the reverse. Some missing paint on edges small flea bite in gold on edge looks like paint removed. Great condition for age!
