This is the Ursula Designer Collection Doll (Limited Doll) from The Little Mermaid.
It is a limited edition item, and a valuable doll that sold out immediately after its release.
The serial number is written on the card.
I have not confirmed the number as it is inside the box.
After purchase, I immediately wrapped it in clear film to prevent dust and stored it in a dark place.
As it is a doll from several years ago, it is in good condition, but there may be some age-related deterioration.
