This is an overall skirt from Y's.
It looks great layered over pants, like in the lookbook, to be worn as a wrap skirt.
The waist has adjustable buttons and a drawstring. The overall straps also have buttons to adjust the length, allowing you to fix the skirt at your preferred height.
The fishtail portion can be hidden with buttons or opened with a zip, offering a wide range of customization options.
I used to wear it over pants, tying the drawstring, fastening only the top button, and letting the shoulder straps hang down.
