This is the LG WING, the last dual-screen swivel phone released by LG.
Both the top and bottom screens are clean with no noticeable scratches.
Reasons for the issues:
① There are scratches on the side of the body and around the camera, likely caused by the previous owner dropping it. The camera lens also has scratches, but as far as I could tell, they do not affect the photos taken.
② There is a black spot on the front-facing camera.
③ The adhesive on the back panel is slightly weak, and it may lift up.
The carrier is KDDI, and communication has been confirmed.
