Can hold up to 5 full size, 2 1/2" deep food pans and various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans. These pans can be 2 1/2", 4", or even 6" deep. Fits any type of pans such as foil, plastic, or stainless-steel pans.
Made with polyurethane foam insulation that offers up to 7 hours of temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures. For use with cold dishes, pre-chill the unit with its door open in a walk-in refrigerator or freezer. For pre-heating the unit, place a hotel pan of hot water into the unit, and close the door for 20 minutes prior to loading your hot dishes.
