Size: No size tag, check measurements for proper fit. Measured to possibly fit a Men's 40 S
A Tailor would be able to take out the sleeves for you and make it a 40 R ( Regular ).
Adding about 1.5" to the sleeve, really no more as there is 2" of extra fabric.
