Introducing the "Gross Coat" from the JELADO ANTIQUE GARMENTS series.
This coat is based on a frock coat from the 1890s-1900s and is a collaboration between JELADO and COPANO.
The highly popular "Gross Coat" released last fall/winter is back this season with a fabric change.
The fabric uses a thin beach cloth that is a blend of 52% cotton, 38% wool, and 10% polyester. The pattern unique to beach cloth, woven with thick black and white threads, perfectly complements the classic coat.
The design features a tight upper body and a shaped waist, characteristic of a frock coat, with a skirt-like silhouette that flares out from the waist down. The center vent extending from the decorative buttons on the back creates a beautiful form.
The collar is slightly large with a shallow V-zone design, and wool fabric is attached to the back of the collar.
It also has a chin strap for wind protection around the neck.
There are four front pockets, large and small, all with flaps.
The front buttons are design nut buttons with the COPANO brand pattern, which are eye-catching.
Two decorative buttons are placed on the back waist, and the large center vent further enhances the old-fashioned feel.
The lining is made of off-white cotton fabric with the large JELADO brand tag attached.
