As far as I can tell by the research I’ve done this was designed by the legendary amplifier designer John Curl ( Mark Levinson / Parasound) .. Aparently this was one of his first preamp designs . All controls have been cleaned and lubricated., works absolutely perfect and sounds fantastic! An extremely neutral preamplifier with an absolute bare-bones design with high quality capacitors and parts throughout. Super nice phono section as well!
