Horace Silver, one of the jazz giants who established his own funky jazz style and enjoys immense popularity not only among jazz enthusiasts but also among rare groove fans and others, released the album "There's No Need To Struggle" from his own label, Silveto Records!

Featuring Eddie Harris, Bobby Shew, and male and female vocals from Feather, this album is full of stylish and enjoyable content!

As the album title "There's No Need To Struggle" suggests, the consistently relaxed atmosphere is comfortable, and I think it's a wonderful work!

Although recorded and released in the 80s, it doesn't feel like a typical 80s contemporary work, and it's no different from his BLUENOTE works of the 70s. I think the works of Silveto Records are where he further expressed his own music on his own label!
