This MA-1 style jacket uses GORE-TEX INFINIUM soft shell, which provides wind resistance, durable water repellency, and breathability. The material is lightweight and warm, with a supple texture like leather and a brushed interior. The iconic shoulder panels and sleeves of THE NORTH FACE feature bead transfer for enhanced abrasion resistance, also used in the latest mountaineering wear. The seams are flat-sealed to prevent water penetration and reduce skin irritation. "AiryString" is used, which eliminates zipper tape for lightness and preserves the fabric's flexibility. This is a simple, minimalist design that incorporates THE NORTH FACE's technology.
