Excellent Condition, Rare Color Ralph Lauren Vintage-Washed Swing Top Orange M

Vintage from the mid-2000s. A rare color that's hard to find.

It has been vintage processed to pursue a realistic used feel. From the clean inner quality label, the cleanliness of the lining, and the lack of wrinkles on the main body, it can be seen that this fading is due to processing, not wear.

The original color was orange, but it has been faded to appear pink due to Ralph Lauren's unique processing technology. Looking at the string attached to the zipper pull, the sewing thread, and the areas not exposed to sunlight (under the armpits, inside the collar, and the gusset of the sleeve cuffs), you can see that the original color was orange. Combined with the puckering around the seams that comes from washing, it creates a very nice, worn-in look, as if it had been worn for over 20 years.

The outer fabric is a tightly woven, crisp cotton. The lining is a soft, checkered pattern, and the fabric is also soft cotton flannel. The green sleeves lining is also a stylish specification.

It has an action pleat on the back and a gusset under the armpits, so it has a neat form that follows the body, but it is very easy to move in and wear. The zipper is from IDEAL, and the pull has a CONMAR stamp. The authentic specifications, made with attention to detail, are what you'd expect from Ralph Lauren.
