This is a coat from Y's for men, made of wool gabardine, from the 1998 Autumn/Winter collection.
There are small, inconspicuous holes on the front and sleeves, as shown in the photos. Please check the photos for details.
Although it's from 27 years ago, the condition is quite good.

The hem has a drawcord, allowing you to change the silhouette. The pockets are large and have zippers. There are two inner pockets. The sleeves have buttons, so you can tighten them.
It has a gabardine coach jacket feel and is easy to throw on.
I used to pair it with Comme des Garçons gabardine shorts or 3/4 length pants.
