This is a heavy-weight sweatshirt from Champion.
It's a product from the 70s-80s, featuring a single-color blue tag. I purchased it in the mid-90s.

The appeal of this vintage item lies in its Reverse Weave construction, which uses a high-density knit material woven horizontally instead of the usual vertical orientation.
The ribbing on the sides, characteristic of Reverse Weave, is also a major feature.
